It is not recommended to bring any item or items that you consider valuable as Glowbar Beauté Spa will not be held liable for any stolen, missing or damaged item(s). In addition, the consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the premises, and we do not recommend its use before or after a treatment. While we do our very best to accommodate same-day appointments, we highly recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for our facial services to secure an appointment date and time that aligns perfectly with your preferences and availability.

The duration of our standard facial services varies, ranging from 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on your choice of facial. The Express Facial however, typically takes around 30 minutes. We also provide optional add-on services.

We proudly use and carry a premium professional skincare brand with its own production facilities based in Spain - eKSeption, for all your skincare needs. Following your treatment, feel free to ask your Beauty Advisor to lay out a selection of products used during your treatment. We can also offer personalized product suggestions tailored to your skincare needs and the time of year.

We adore our gift certificates, they make fantastic presents and never expire!

Gift Certificates are available for any dollar amount at Glowbar Beauté Spa, and can be used towards any service and skincare product we carry in store and online. We offer physical gift certificates that you can purchase in person or gift certificates that can be purchased over the phone and online, and be sent via email. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-redeemable as cash. When using a gift certificate for booking, please note that the same cancellation and rescheduling rules apply. Please ask us for details!

We have set aside these time slots exclusively for you! Therefore, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of your service appointment. If you reach us after normal business hours, please text or leave a message at 650-445-5346, or use the link provided in the booking confirmation email. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours within your appointment time is subject to a $75 fee. Missed appointments or 'no-show' will result in a fee equal to 50% of the total retail value of the scheduled service. Please be advised that all sales are final.

While we have full confidence in the quality of the products we stock, we are unable to resell items that have left our store, opened or used. Therefore, Glowbar Beauté Spa does not offer refunds or exchanges for any skincare products, and all sales are final.

For in-store purchases, we recommend consulting with one of our knowledgeable staffs before buying a specific product should you have any questions. For online purchases, though we do our best to ensure top quality packaging for the safest delivery, we do understand that unforeseen situations are sometimes inevitable. If you've received damaged/broken products, we will gladly replace them at no cost once verified. In such cases, please photograph the damaged product and email it to glowbar.beaute@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We may request that you return the damaged item(s).

While we strive to make every single client that comes through our door as happy as possible -regrettably, Glowbar Beauté Spa cannot provide refunds or credits for used or unused appointments, individual services, service packages, prepaid service series, or gift certificates. All sales are final.

A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking; full payments are due at time of service. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you are welcome to do so. We only accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, Paypal, and Zelle. For payment methods other than the one mentioned above, please consult with our staff.

Many individuals opt for a facial before significant events like weddings, birthdays, or parties. A facial can give your skin a healthy, radiant glow that enhances your overall appearance for important occasions. It can also help makeup go on more smoothly and last longer.

While it's possible to get a facial 4 days before an event, it may not allow enough time for any potential redness or irritation to subside. To ensure the best results and minimize the risk of adverse reactions, it's advisable to schedule your facial at least 7 days in advance.

Yes! Facials can be effective in treating acne and may help reduce the appearance of acne scars over time.

You can opt for basic facials that exclude harmful ingredients. Please be sure to tell your esthetician prior to your appointment or when checking in that you are pregnant, and we will switch out any necessary products to ensure the safety of you and your baby. And Due to the increased sensitivity of your skin during pregnancy, it's recommended to postpone more aggressive treatments like chemical peels and microdermabrasion.

For standard facials including Hydrofacial and Microdermabrasion, it is advisable to wait a minimum of 5-7 days after receiving Botox and 14 days after dermal filler treatments. It’s safe to have Peels (e.g. Chemical Peels) immediately after.

It is recommended to wait at least one day after your facial and until any skin irritation has subsided before getting your spray tan.

Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services. Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions. For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following conditions:

• Cancer
• Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure
• Swollen or painful lymph nodes
• Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis
• New injury of any kind • Open sores
• Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid)
• Diabetes
• Blood Disorder and Disease
